  Pretty disappointed in their customer service. Flowers were ordered to be delivered on Valentine's Day, and after they didn't show up and we asked what happened we received an email saying that their van broke down. We were then told that they would be delivered the next day, but they didn't show. They were then delivered two days later, and as an act of good will they gave a second bouquet of flowers along with the original bouquet, but the flowers were dead. In addition, they delivered the flowers to the wrong office building despite having the correct address on the fronts of the bouquet. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. I feel bad my boyfriend spent money on these flowers, let alone felt bad that they were not delivered on time.

  I ordered a bridal bouquet for my wedding day and this bouquet was such an disappointment! The pink roses looks like a week old with yellowish color showing out an the creamy roses are not in a better shape. I was so disappointed and so did my wife, this is definitely not the promised quality that should come with $160 and it's definitely frustrating for having it on the wedding day! I have been asking for an apologise to both of us and have not heard nothing from the florist so far. Please go to other florists because any one will be better than this one for sure!

  Opens at 10am, Phone is still turned off and there is no email contact. Not the best customer service, Eddy Avenue Florist received my business!
