  More staff than customers available. They are well-trained, polite and go out of their way to ensure you leave with all your questions answered. I have never come across an item out of stock.

  The staff are horrendous they keep you waiting.. and there is no service. I went in with a phone that was ghosting but working. returned the next day with my phone for the repair which was meant to happen.. after 3 hours 20 mins my phone was returned to me not working DAMAGED and i was told there was a different fault to the day before fault..

  I didn’t mind waiting but disgusted at how I was treated by an Apple staff member. He was abrupt and very short tempered with my questions. Working at the Genius Bar. You need to train your staff to be patient and polite. Your staff name is Oscar.

  I don’t know his name but, beware of that tall guy (very tall) who was very arrogant, immature, rude, ignorant and stupid. I was so unpleasant whole time while there and the tall guy seems to be enjoying his chat with the other staff whole time. I like Apple products but, I will buy things online next time to avoid the service person like him. 1/3 STAR!
